Birmingham-Southern College President Daniel Coleman sits down with Birmingham Mountian Radio to discuss the lawsuit filed against Alabama Treasurer Young Boozer regarding the Distressed Institutions of Higher Learning Revolving Loan Fund.

The Distressed Institutions of Higher Learning Revolving Loan Fund was passed by Alabama lawmakers this past June and signed by Gov. Kay Ivey two weeks later.
